For over three decades, I've been on a mission to get people moving and grooving like never before.

At The Body Shed, where I proudly serve as Director and Coach, I blend years of hands-on experience with the latest evidence-based research to craft personalised programs and empowering workout sessions.

I am a graduate of The Centre for Performing Arts where I majored in early American modern dance. However, a terrible fall 36 weeks pregnant with my first child, that left me with 4 broken bones in my back, led me on a dedicated path of study and lifelong desire to help others not only reduce their chronic pain but become stronger in the most effective and functional way possible.

Having worked extensively in both Australia and the United States, I have cultivated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strength and conditioning, holistic health and wellness and lifestyle management.
